Chapter 1 was a walkthrough the Quickwork platform to understand it’s tools and features. We saw how to register with Quickwork and login to the account. We then visited Account Settings.

Chapter 2 we understood that automated workflow is integrating multiple apps to communicate with each other in an organized manner using the Quickwork platform. We saw the key platform components required to build a journey.

Chapter 3 was about journey building and understanding various features that play a pivotal role in configuring, executing and testing a journey.
